5K Run With Energie

Run with énergie this May. The énergie fitness 5k run in aid of the Niall Mellon Township Trust will take place on Bank Holiday Monday, 6th May 2013 at 11.00am in the beautiful grounds of Marlay Park, Rathfarnham, Dublin 14.

Individual entry on the day will be €15 with family entry available for €35. Fees raised will go directly to the Niall Mellon Township Trust.

All entrants will receive a fantastic commemorative t-shirt. There will also be lots of spot prizes up for grabs on the day. A timing chip with race results on the web and by text is also another terrific service available to all entrants.

Changing Lives, Building Friendships
Over the past 10 years our annual Building Blitz in South Africa has been a life-changing experience for tens of thousands of people. We’ve provided new homes – and new hope – for over 100,000 people who had been living in the most deplorable conditions. Over 18,000 volunteers have taken part in our building project and we have all learnt a lot over the 10 years.
But our time in South Africa is coming to an end now. We’ve achieved our goals and put successful systems in place to allow on-going development without our assistance.

New Plan New Lives New Country
The good news is we’ve just been given the Green Light to pick up our shovels and trowels and move to Kenya for 2013. And while our destination is changing, the way we do things will remain the same. We’ll be working to exactly the same template – just in a different country.
